- Phone number (because Happy Computer proactively communicates with its customers through various digital messaging services, such as WhatsApp or Signal, Happy Computer will need to ask for your phone number).

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. All contact and decisions resulting from an interaction between Happy Computer and a private individual or company are handled exclusively by people, not by digital machines.

How long we retain personal data

Happy Computer does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. However, to prevent customers from having to re-enter or provide previously provided data, Happy Computer retains the customer data mentioned above for as long as it deems necessary.
